I have never seen these before. The eyes are so amazing . It is tiny about 4 to 5 mm or .15 to .20 inches . This is hoverfly Orthonevra nitida.

Shot with 90mm macro and extension tubes. Light was LumeCube LED Panel mounted on camera hotshot
