These I believe are Dowitchers. In Sibley Birds 2nd edition on pages 190 and 191 are lone and short billed Dowitchers. The image does not have the coloration of a full breeding adult. Are these nonbreeding and either long or short billed?

Geographic location might help with likely ID. Here in AZ we get mostly Long-billed with Short-billed something people get somewhat excited about. It's not full proof and likely there are places where they overlap a lot. Nice image. :)
