This may have been answered elsewhere so apologies if it has.

I use an M1 iMac for photo processing current running Sonoma and are considering getting an Apple Studio monitor for added “real estate” and to make editing a little easier as age and general decrepitness are creeping up on me 🤪😳😂

I know the Studio monitor will play nice with the iMac and offer Thunderbolt connectivity and extra ports etc but I’m kinda baulking at the £1500 asking price new or even £1300 refurbished. So to get to the point anybody any experience or recommendations for a suitable alternative.
