I like the first one. Are you going to try to capture the A3 comet?
Thank you. Yes, I am planning on trying to photograph A3 once it switches to after sunset viewing (Oct 12th). Trying to photograph A3 now is what took me out over the past few nights. These photos are the byproducts of those outings. I am fortunate to be staying with family right now that live within 20 minutes of Class 1 Bortle skies, so I am hopeful that I will see A3.

Good luck. Dark skies will help. Hopefully you can post something you captured.

Here is a photo of Neowise I took in 2020 during COVID. This was about 20 minutes from my home at a barn I photographed sometimes. I'm hoping A3 will be as nice as Neowise was.

Nice photos. Did you stack multi-long exp images, especially the Orion?

A wonderful photo of Neowise. I was fortunate to be able to photograph it as well. It was pretty cool just to sit there and watch. Yes, I am also hoping that A3 will play along.
Thanks for the compliment. Because of COVID the best part about it was actually getting out and seeing something interesting. I’m older and my wife and I weren’t in public much and my state implemented a work from home policy so I only communicated with coworkers via email and Zoom calls.
