It is still really beautiful. In Vancouver there was a lot of light pollution and some high haze but the photos turned out amazingly well. See my post: Northern Lights in Vancouver

Thanks, it was gorgeous with many varied colours with strips of light going across and up the sky from the horizon from just after dark until early morning.
