Aurora borealis panoramas from last Fall

I'm feeling the aurora blues at the moment. Winter in our area (mid November—early April) is mostly overcast, with only about 10% clear nights on average, while the sunspots have not been that active. Last Fall was my first attempts at doing aurora panorama and... it was roughhh. Having to move my camera quickly introduced vibrations in some shots, which is evident by some malformed stars. Nothing short of advanced panorama programs like PTGui could handle stitching them, either - and even then I had to place my alignment points on the individual stars to match photos that lack the treeline. I am splitting the photos into two batches: first batch still needs some extra content-aware fill or healing/cloning where PTGui could not blend elegantly; second batch includes two photos that I just did some detailing yesterday. These are the hardest panoramas I have ever done and I welcome any comments/tips to improve them.

The number of individual shots per panorama does vary, but I recall that it should be within 7-12 shots. White balance was manually set as a fixed profile to keep colours more or less consistent between photos, making them useful for determining the excited gas emitting those colours. Aside from the first one, every other featured photo was from the first week of October near Elk Island National Park, Canada.

Seems like the EXIF was not retained after the stitching: Nikon Z50 + Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 Art @ 18mm, 1-3s exposures (depending on aurora speed).

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing. I'm new to aurora photography and live too far south to have them nearby with any regularity. I hope to see more on travel later next year.
Really nice to see!
