Here is another beautiful parrot we have in Oz - quite common mainly in western and south-western parts of the continent. They feed on blossoms, and this one was found in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
Nikon D750 with Tamron 70-300mm lens, taken in 2015 before my gear upgrade! 1/2000, f5.6, ISO 2500.
