I saw another fellow posted about autumn in New England. This past October, my wife and I were gifted a long weekend in the Red River Gorge region by our son and daughter-in-law. W happened to hit the region during the peak autumn colors. Here are a few photos from October in South Eastern Kentucky. There are beautiful places everywhere but there are none that I find with more sublime beauty than my home state of Kentucky.
