I hiked to Avalanche Lake in Glacier NP this morning.
Rained all morning but that didn't dampen my enjoyment of this hike.
The rain and low clouds made for some interesting and moody light.

I didn't take a shot in landscape of that exact scene because I couldn't get a composition I liked.
There's a bush to the left of the tree trunk and also a big pile of more tree trunks to the left.
Also couldn't get enough of the mountain and clouds in the picture with my 24-70.
I did take this picture though which is closest to what I shot above.
