I am trying to pick out a 32” monitor for us on my desktop for editing of my photos. I am 69 years old and don’t game . Just want something larger than old 27” HP monitor with better quality. Might order from Amazon tomorrow ? Any recommendation?

I'd recommend going to BH and utilize the filters where you can filter for color gamut, size, resolution, price etc.

Another resource would be BenQ website where you can drill down by purpose, computer type, size, etc.

Also PCMag has reviews as does wirecutter

Depends on budget and how important printing is to you. Unfortunately really good 32” monitors designed for very accurate calibrated prints (ie BenQ SW321c) are very pricey.

However, something like a refurbished BenQ PD3220u from the BenQ website or the newer updated BenQ PD3225u would be great 32” 4k monitors for just about everything BUT calibrating for very accurate prints. I have a PD3220u which is a great 32” 4K monitor for just about everything but use a smaller 27” BenQ SW series monitor if really accurate printing is the goal. All reviews indicate the newer PD3225u is a really nice upgrade from the PD3220u I have and I like the PD3220u. If printing is not a top priority it would be hard to wrong with these. Really nice 32” 4K monitors for general purpose and non critical photo / video editing.

Are you wanting a wide gamut monitor? And do you have a top end budget? Wide gamut monitors in larger sizes can start to run up the bill quickly, especially from higher end brands like Eizo.

I the new 32" Dell G3223Q is everything they make it out to be. Have been pushing my old Nvidia GTX1050 2 gb graphics card since make suggested changes mentioned in Steve Perry's LR editing video. Even with my setting of 3840 x 2160it is so much improved over my 27" HP at 1080, almost shocking at the difference. Yes, I have ordered a new MIS Geforce RTX 3060 12 gb graphic card to let my Dell Station operate better for maybe another couple of years.
