I went for the dark skies to shoot milky way images. Figures, it was cloudy every night. It is a tough place to photograph despite the abundance of possible compositions. I really enjoy it there.
I understand. I was going to try some astro (my first attempt) but had clouds or rain also. Luckily, some sunrises were very nice!
