A Bald Eagle sequence where the eagle is pursued by other eagles after catching a fish (a carp I believe in this case). This was normally what happened every time an eagle managed to catch something on this day, but I will post another sequence where the bald eagle got lucky. These eagles are distant, but the photos aren't bad.
You may not be able to see it in this small photograph, but the eagle with the carp is looking behind.
I was fortunate the eagles actually turned toward me in this case.
This eagle managed to make it back to the trees with this fish, others were not so fortunate.
