Amazing photo!! Bald Eagles are just starting to become more common here in the Northeast US so photo opportunities are still a bit sparse, although we do have a nearby reservoir that has a couple of Eagles I've seen on a handful of occasions throughout this summer which is a great sign.
Welcome to BCG! You have a beautiful state capitol....albeit a little challenging to get to! LOL!
