Hi Karen, Thanks for your comment. I'm certainly not qualified to answer your question. But feel that their shape must be one of the most aerodynamic shapes in the bird world.What an excellent image! Shocking how far these guys can fly without stopping. They much sleep as they fly? Do they have a very high glide ratio?
