Bearded vulture

This adult bearded vulture, Gypaetus barbatus, perched at 25-30 m as I was in plain view waiting for it to make the passes it sometimes makes lower above the frozen lake

It was taked in the Stelvio National Park in the Italian Alps. A pair nests in the village where I live, and sometimes I happen to count 5-6 specimens between adults and juvenile-imature
