Beauty in the backyard

With this week's heat wave, spending a lot of time out hiking through the fields and on the trails can be dangerous at worst and at best very uncomfortable. So, what can we do? Go out to the back yard and capture some images. Beauty is where we find it and our own backyard, city parks, arboretums, etc. can offer an opportunity to capture some of nature's beauty without risking your health out in 95+ degree high humidity weather.

I usually see them on leaves or stems. First time I recall seeing on a flower and it was in my yard about 30 feet from my back door.
