I took this photo a few weeks ago while waiting for an Osprey to show up at a local pond. My goal was to get a photo of the Osprey diving, but my best photo of the outing actually ended up being this bee hopping around on the swamp milkweed plants that lined the edges of the pond. The background color is the result of the sunset reflecting off of the pond's surface and absolutely makes the photo in my opinion.
