Almost all the photos of these wild cats remind me of my own kitties. I have begun calling them ‘predator’! Felines, gotta love em :)

This one's for @Kathy G , I can see the "Cheshire" grin on your face already.! :giggle:

A young leopardess named "Olimba" completely comfortable with our presence, caught in a wonderful, playful rollover resembling a big house cat!
It was late and she was getting quite frisky and an indication of a time to start thinking about food!
She's a beautiful 3 yr old leopardess, that recently took over a territory (back in '14) from the veteran "Kamuti" who previously reigned supreme over her stretch along the Luangwa River, sadly as a result Kamuti at 13 yrs died of her injuries from that dispute.

Thank you Marc!!! I open the forum and see a thread for me!! I feel special :)
What a beautiful series of photos. Olimba is gorgeous. I think she wants to play!! My kitties perform the same poses. Luckily their fangs don’t look so ferocious! I have to note the ears in the 4th photo (my vet refers to that ear position as helicopter ears), my kitties usually use those ear positions when they seem curious about something. I’m wondering if it is the same for a leopard.
It is unfortunate that Kamuti died as a result of her injuries in the territorial battle - but I guess that is the cycle of life. I do hope Olimba has a long and healthy life.
Marc, I am enjoying your photos very much. Keep them coming!
And, yes, I am grinning like a Cheshire Cat!
