Merlin Bird ID on my phone identifies it as a Northern Shrike. My guess is it's a juvie.

A great shot, capturing an " on the lookout " pose. I agree with Icarus, its almost certainly an immature Northern (over here referred to as a great Grey Shrike ) rather than an imm. Loggerhead Shrike.
