I spent 3 days camped at Whitewater Draw in McNeal, AZ last week. For Southern AZ it was C O L D ! One night it got down to 19! Whitewater Draw is a major winter roost for Sandhill Cranes. So, come for the cranes but stay for all the other birds! Your life list will certainly grow.

IO agree with your assessment of Whitewater Draw.
I was there last weekend it is a great spot for birding.
