Edit: It is a young, immature bird without the color of the adult.

Great shot, love the background, sharpness of the bird. But a redstart with no red? Ha! All seriousness aside, I've never heard/seen of this bird; great shot thanks.

I checked again to make sure the translation was correct.
We call them Hausrotschwanz
However, the young bird is only this brown-grey until the tail and wings change color to the old one.
