I'm not sure about the crop on this. I personally prefer thehorizontal crop, but I am distracted by the stuff at bottom left and the bright leaves are partially cut off. Also, does the metal "tree" perch bother people in a wildlife image? Thanks for any comments.

The blue Jay looks nicely posed. The metal "tree" part that goes to it's tail made me think at first that it was the bird's leg. Do you have software to remove that part? You also might be able to at least darken the leaves. You could also crop this just above the leaves, especially if you can get rid of the section of pipe going up under the tail. The rest of the pipe is not offensive to me. The second crop looks better on the left side. Sometimes a square-ish crop is just fine IMHO. Nice shot of the BJ.
