These are small birds about the size of a golf ball but with a big personality - I'm very fond of them. It's spring Down Under and they're making the most of the blossom in my valley.

Lovely, used to get up that way a lot with work (tourism). All nice shots but number 3 pic is my favourite.

I come up for the XC skiing. Birds are the bonus.
Small birds have been prolific this winter and spring - Red-browed Finches, Superb Fairywrens, Crescent and Yellow-faced Honeyeaters, Flame Robins, Grey Fantails and the thornbills. And there's (been) 5 Latham's Snipes 😯
