Bucket Lister!!!

This is a bucket lister for me. A peregrine falcon in Suffolk, Va along the Elizabeth River this morning. I saw it a few days ago but thought it was kestrel because it took off quickly as I rounded the corner. Well this morning I saw what it really was. Not the greatest image by a long shot but I will be keeping an eye out for him/her and hoping to get a better location and lighting conditions next time.

Always great to add one to the never-ending list! Mine grows too slow
mine too. I just have the time to get out as much. but here at work we have an area that has turned into a zoo. lol. not really, but might as well be considered one. as the area expands with new housing and communities, we have the last of the nearly vacant land in Suffolk where all types of animals have come. unfortunately they are selling the land off and developing it soon. thank you very much

Nice! That’s a purdy photo.
I watched a pair nesting in Morrow CountyOregon a few years ago. A nest in a single tree in the middle of a wheat field. I didn’t have a great camera back then but I stopped everyday and watched the family grow thru my binoculars.
