Strong composition, sharp fine feather details, and lovely colors! Really well done!
Nice capture. Pose, focus, exposure, all good. And a nice smooth background too.
The image seems over-sharpened. This happens when I follow Steve's resizing for Web algorithm after significant cropping of the image. If you back off on the final sharpening I suspect the image would be even better.
