There are few wild animals that I dislike, but the Canada Goose is at the top of my list. It's just a terribly obnoxious bird.
I was at the water's edge recently to shoot fishing terns. In the shallow water in front of me were a few Canada Geese. A Great Blue Heron came flying in and decided it wanted the spot where one of the geese was hanging around. The heron landed and it was not shy in crowding the goose. The reaction of the fleeing goose here is priceless. Schadenfreude was a great feeling here.
The action happened so fast and unexpected that I barely had time to aim the camera, and it took place so close to me that not everything fit properly in the frame. Image is uncropped.
