Cape May Warbler

Pretty birds, I was chasing a couple foraging in some trees the other day. I'm also trying to figure out why my pictures are not showing up in Latest Images or Popular Images, so this is partly a test post ...

A little too tight, but I was chasing using the 500 pf + 1.4 on a D500 and the little guys moved fast.

Pretty standard LR processing, used denoise on the third.

Very nice! I've never seen one in breeding plumage but they still look pretty good in the fall!

They are. As with many small birds, I didn't know exactly I was taking pictures of (well, I knew it was almost certainly some kind of warbler ...) until I got home and could look at the images. These were hunting bugs and they didn't stay in one place very long at all.
