Great bird --- only saw one once on my African trips, never this close. Really love the first image --- unfortunately a lot of Indian and African vultures are being eradicated by poisoned carcasses, which has allowed Rabies to spread unchecked. Do you still use the 80--400 Callie ?

They are killed here too, unfortunately  . I have been using the 80-400 since Aug 2015 and it is a splendid lens. Much better than Nikon's previous endeavour. This Speckled Pigeon is shot with the 80-400 same time as the flying vultures @185 mm
