Chickadee in flight, almost

A few of us have been talking about shooting small songbirds in flight in the General Photo section. Here is one of my best attempts. All comments welcome, thanks.

Pretty darn good if you ask me! Considering how hard it is to get a shot like that, especially of a chickadee, I think you scored! I'd have to clone out the bit below the bird's head and neck though. That shot is too good not to.

I agree with previous post re the distracting highlight of branch below the bird. Not sure if just leaving a branch is truly in flight but its a great shot and that eye is pin sharp.

Dripdry and Bardot, Thanks for the suggestions. I might try darkening it rather than cloning it out and see how that looks.....thanks for taking time to look.
