It is one of my annual captures. Still have not ever been able to capture a focus stack because any little wisp of wind makes them dance.

I often take tighter macro shots for these pages but I think often the better representation is a more environmental shot so I am presenting another photo taken at a greater distance of the same flower.

I also prefer the second shot. I think it's more artistic in it's composition because of the inclusion of the other buds.
