What I cant tell tho - are the eyes sharp ?
It is important to add meta data when requesting crit, for those who comment - but also for those who learn (and we all do learn)
The foreground and background are really good - the bird may need a tad of contrast - and probably sharpening.

Great image! I'd try de-saturating green only so that the bird stands out more. A bit of localised sharpening on the eye/head would also help make that stand out more. If you're using Capture One, try 'structure' which often does a nice job on details.
