Convert Shutter Speed to Fractions in M Mode

I would appreciate some advice. My Nikon Z9 in Manual was mode, shows Shutter speed in decimal form like 32.5 instead of fractions. I primarily use A priority, but would like to shoot in M mode.

How can I switch my camera to fractions in M mode?
