In over 20 years of boating on Prince William Sound this is the first time I've ever seen a coyote. And this one was on an island. It's only separated from the mainland by a few hundred yards but an island none the less. I sat and watched it walk a quarter of a mile or so down this shingle(aka slate stone) beach.

Nice sighting and photos.
Thanks for commenting.

Nice shots Dan, the can be very beautiful animal.
They do look pretty when they're not half molted or half starved. Most of them that I've seen up here seem to be one or the other.

Dan,
Another great catch 👍👍👍

Thanks, Chris.

Nice shots Dan! Looks like a beautiful spot to sit and watch it come. Isn’t it nice when it works out that way!
Yes it's nice once in a while when the critters do all the work.
