some creepy woods in yellowstone np. 6 shot focus stack, handheld cause i was too lazy to use a tripod. helicon did a nice job of duct taping the pieces together.

thanks gordon. this was right on a busy trail (artists paintpots) and there was enough noise that only the deafest of bears would have approached. but i had my bear spray just in case. if not i can always try to outrun at least one person there....

thanks ssheipel. -13c? now that's chilly. it was 70s-upper 80s F while i was there in late september/early october. which was insanely hot for that time of year.
