They look like a hawk, feed mre like a vulture but are actually classified as a falcon. Summit Park, Panama. I have no clue about the yellow area on the breast.

Nice shot. According to someone's post on Facebook. "This is a distended crop showing that it has recently eaten".
Another thing I didn't know about a Central America bird. Makes sense since I watched her feeding on the ground a few minutes before she flew up into the tree. I could not get close enough for a shot on the ground but she was approachable when she was higher up.
