I have a question regarding cropping in video. Say for instance, I’m using key frames to zoom in on a subject and I zoom in 100% does that mean I am now at 2K if I’m shooting 4K? I don’t see anywhere in Final Cut Pro to see the actual pixel size but I’m assuming this is simply mathematics unless I’m thinking about it wrong. I guess the other question I have is, if shooting a 4K video for instance, what is typically the maximum amount you can zoom in and still retain good detail?
