I think that I know the answer to this question but maybe I just need a sanity check.
I currently have a D500, 16-80, 50 1.8, AF-P 70-300, & 200-500 5.6. I enjoy shooting wildlife but it is not my primary hobby.
I want to have a smaller camera with EVF for family events, vacations, etc.
I am planning on adding a Z5 to my D500. I would eventually add the Z 24-70 F4 and Z 35 1.8
Is there any reason that I should just consider a Z6 to replace the D500? I only ask because I am stuck on the idea of having only one camera.
I know the new Canon R6 would tick all the boxes but that means selling off all of my gear just to buy the body and one lens. That is not exactly ideal.
