D850 Focusing Problems

Has anyone had issues with focusing problems in snow? My d7500 has no problems, but the D850 can’t seem to nail focus when there is snow on the ground. I primarily use the Nikon 200-500 and have tried everything (I think). Any ideas would be much appreciated.
