Larry - https://bcgforums.com/members/larry-s.8537/ Posted a great spider web and that set my mind going.
These images are from 2009, the good old jpeg only days and completely forgotten.
So I went digging and there were quite a few images taken on that long, forgotten morning at Marievale, Springs.

Nice captures that got me thinking. It will soon be time in the UK to take shots of cobwebs when there’s been a morning frost. Like yours they make interesting shots. 👍

Thanks, Andy. The thing is to get a reflection in the dewdrops too, but I do not have that kind of macro lens. Good luck, the snow can give one beautiful crystals on the foliage.

Beautiful, especially that first one. It would be a nice image to experiment with Photoshop's new remove/fill tools and see if they do a good job removing that metal rod running across the image.

The thought crossed my mind, but no. The web is spun between two fence wires. I had the option to crop between wires or remove the bottom wire but then all the dew drops on the wire would be lost. In the end I let the spider's design rule.
You are welcome to copy and play.
