Hi all. Example: I have 50 photos on my xqd card. 10 are protected. Is it possible to delete the other 40 in one go? Formatting deletes them all.

Pages 279 and 280 of the D500 manual tell you to go to the Playback menu and choose Delete. Then choose Highlight selected and then select images. The manual steps it through.

Yes, I realized that after I posted...sorry for being lazy. I was unable to delete the post. Thanks very much.
That’s ok, the manual runs around 500 pages and we tend to skip over the lesser used features
