DeNoise Error to process

If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).

When I click on DENoise - I get this:

The message implies that the file could not be written to the output location. Check your file save location settings so you know the location used for the cache and the final output. I have had my setting change with software updates from Adobe.

With Photoshop and batch processsing I have seen massive fragmentation and the creation of a great many temp files. I started using a separate drive for the cache so it was not permanent. With my Windows computers I need to use Disk Cleanup on a regular basis to remove excess temporary files.

Thank you - although you lost me already :)
When you do DeNoise - you dont choose the location it saves to - it automatically generates a .dng to the same file you pulled your image from.
I cleared the cache for all RAW folders
This is an intermittent issue - so I can do one photo - goes thru fine. Next one doesn't.
Restarting bridge doesnt help (I usually access ACR via bridge and not via PS)
This morning I restarted both and one image just went thru
