diopter correction eyepiece lens for Nikon D850

If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).

My eyes are such that I need positive eyepiece correction. The adjustable range of my D750s and my new D850 are right at the second to the last click of the positive adjustments. I bought + 0.5 lenses for the D750's eyepiece but I can't seem to find any positive diopter eyepiece lens for the D850. I did find a -3 and a 0.0. Do they make positive ones? And they do have a 0.0 and say the stock camera's are - 1. Does this mean the 0.0 will bring the eyepiece from -1 to 0 ?

I have 2 different eyepiece magnifiers for the D850.
The first one, a Nikon DG-2 needs a DK-18 adaptor and a rubber eyepiece for the D850 from memory.
Some more details on the fstoppers web site.

The second is a Mcoplus-1-08x-1-60x-Viewfinder-Eyepiece-Magnifier, this comes with various camera adaptors.

Thank you for your reply, but the device you show is completely different than the diopter correction lenses I'm talking about

PCRATE, When I was shooting using diopter corrected view finder I purchased them from B&H. I slowly realized it was a pain in the ***. My wife couldn’t use any of my cameras, if someone wanted to look through my camera it would be out of focus for them, Had to put glasses on to look for subjects, had to take glasses off to look through the camera. Eventually went back to shooting with glasses on and changed eye cup to one for glasses. Not perfect solution but better.

@Jbear ist right. That's the one. But you should dig abit deeper at Nikon support.
Some time abo I found a Nikon support article mentioning a base compensation of the view finder of +1.
This means you should get the DK-17C one unit weaker than you glasses, e.g. if you are wearing glases with +3 get a DK-17C with +2.

In case it helps, here's the Article ID link of the afore mentioned article fof Nikon EU in German (may be you can find the English counterpart easier this way): 000004869
