Has anyone had a good experience with a camera repair service where you must mail the camera to the service? I have a Nikon D7500 that has an issue. I livew in the Northeast U.S. Thank you.
If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).
I have used them for several repairs. They are about 90 minute drive from home helping avoid shipping costs and issues. The work has been great and I am still using the bodies they repaired.I have had good experiences with APS - Authorized Photo Service

I've had nothing but great experiences with Nikon service and repair. In addition to fixing whatever issue I've had, they invariably throw in a few freebies (e.g. new body sheathing, software upgrades, etc.) at no extra charge. While a bit pricey, I consider it great value.Has anyone had a good experience with a camera repair service where you must mail the camera to the service? I have a Nikon D7500 that has an issue.
