I'd say it works well! Nice shots. I keep thinking about buying the lens and have rented it once, I may rent it again for an upcoming trip. I"m waiting for the 180-600.

I've used it a couple of times for closeup shots, its good, but not a sharp as my Sigma 180mm macro.
