Dust behind sensor protective glass

One of our cameras (X-S20) seems to have dust behind the sensor protective shield.
If anyone has witnessed this problem, do you know how it can be solved?
Would a local camera shop be able to clean the dust? If so, what would typically be the cost? I presume they would have to dismantle the sensor assembly.

Thank you.

Dust behind the sensor shield (if you refer to the uppermost glass on the sensor) can't be removed without dismatling the sensor assembly.
I'm afraid even Fuji Service wouldn'd do that (they would replace the whole sensor assembly instead).
The only idea I have is to ask a company that modifies cameras for IR photography.

Why do you think there is dust behind the sensor glass?

What do you mean by protective shield? The thing that flaps open when you turn the camera on, or the glass part of the sensor assembly? The word lens in the title is a bit confusing. If it's something you see in your images I guess I would just fix it in post if a regular swab of the surface didn't fix it. You can set lightroom to visualize dust.

Thank you for your reply! A fix sounds expensive. I can see a spot both behind the glass (a sensor swap wont clean it) and in photos I take. It's a result of a fall the camera took.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant the glass part of the sensor assembly, and I agree the title wasn't clear. Thank you for your suggestion.
