Any benefit and worth the investment ?

Does this restrict using the body ?

No to the silicone skin as I don't want something to hold more heat in and I've never experienced any significant scratching to the bodies. I use inexpensive screen protectors like these...https://www.amazon.com/Mr-Shield-Screen-Protector-Tempered-Hardness/dp/B0C5SZ62KL/ref=sr_1_1?sr=8-1

Both are unnecessary in my opinion. I have never used either on any camera and likely never will.

No need for the silicone skin as it will retain heat and capture moisture. I do use a screen protector on all my cameras.
