Cute Egret chicks, but the nuclear over-saturation and bright spots are pretty rough. Try backing off the saturation and drop the highlights a bit. Could you post an unedited version of this photo?

I love the poses, lighting, composition, and overall exposure, but some of the whites are too bright. The image is way oversaturated, and the image is a little soft overall.

I agree but I liked the subject matter. It was actually published in The Village Sun newspaper in The Villages, Florida.
