Dear community,
as you may have already realized from my gallery I am a fan of animal portraits. Very close. In contradiction this shot is an expression of a situation that I face once a while. A great heron in the floodlands is shining white throughout the whole landscape. Immediately my eye catches the small white stain amongst the colors of the nature in twilight. This is what I wanted to express in this picture.
