Today I had to take care of many things around the house for our bathroom remodel (1958 to current) and a few other items. When done, I was able to take a walk around our small village. Bayside, WI population is about 5,000. We are in Milwaukee County and a short drive from downtown. Our eastern border is Lake Michigan. We have no sidewalks, no street lights, and planty of trees. Here are a few shots from my walk. I went about 1.5mi/2.5km which is a good hike for me. Tomorrow we are planning for a ride through other colorful areas in SE Wisconsin. Here are a few shots from today, mostly closeups as there are no "vistas" to photograph.

love the colors Joe, we are not going to have those in the Midwest this year, has been too dry. Great group of photos.
We seem to be doing well this year. Will see what we find on our longer drive today away from the lake. We live close to Lake Michigan, so our local weather is usually a bit cooler and wetter through the summer and fall.
