Had 8 to 10 minutes of really interesting light one morning.
 
I love the leaf, and am trying to decide about the background. On one hand, the colors and reflections are quite beautiful. On the other, it is quite busy and distracts me from the leaf. I have had similar issues with reflections with some lenses, so I wonder how much this is related to the 100-400. But all in all, I do like it.

It's not the lens. That's the way it looked. I liked the colored reflections!
 
Gives an abstract impression -- like the vibrant colors
I thought the look "different" without resorting to any interesting post-processing. As I mentioned, I had that light for maybe 10 minutes while scrambling around to get different viewpoints. I knew it was interesting while taking the shots, but it was actually better than I expected. All I did was my standard stuff -- from the RAW image, bump contrast, clarity and vibrance 20, and bump exposure and lights a bit to get the exposure I wanted. This one I also threw LR denoise at. Here is another one:
